Daryl Flood Logistics was awarded GE Appliances’ 2014 Region Agent of The Year award at their Austin, Texas office for GE Appliances’ South-Central region. This award is given to the home delivery agent with the highest Quality of Service (QOS) scores determined by each region’s Operations Manager. QOS is based on customer satisfaction, on-time deliveries, damage reduction and inventory management.
